Shipping Information

At Amara & Elena, we want your order to arrive quickly and safely, without any extra costs.

Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Most weekday orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4 to 9 business days, depending on your location and local carrier performance.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders.
No minimum order value and no hidden fees.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

Delays or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within one week after the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@amaraelena.com and include your order number. Our team will investigate and assist you promptly.

Order Changes or Cancellations
We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed.
If you wish to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
While we will do our best to help, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the shipping process.

Returns and Exchanges

At Amara & Elena, we handle every return request with care and a people first mindset. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to be fair, transparent, and supportive throughout the process.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email info@amaraelena.com and include your order number, the product name, and the reason for your return.
Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

Please note that our warehouse is located in Asia and all returns must be sent to our international return facility. The exact return address will be provided after contacting support.

Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original sealed packaging.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use may not be accepted.
Bundles must be returned as complete sets. Partial bundle returns cannot be processed.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us. Each request is reviewed individually.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item meets the return conditions.
Once your return is received at our facility, processing typically takes 7 to 10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Average tracked letterbox returns start at €13.65.
Costs vary depending on the courier and shipping method.
As all returns are sent to our international warehouse in China, costs may be higher than domestic return rates.

We do not provide prepaid return labels for international returns.
International returns must be shipped using a DDP service.

Return shipping fees are non refundable unless the return qualifies under our damaged or incorrect item policy.

Refunds
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
Only the price of the returned product or products will be refunded.
Original shipping costs, including express or international shipping, are not refundable.

Exchanges
We are happy to help with exchanges.

Because international returns can be slow and costly, we often offer a replacement product without requiring the original item to be returned.

Once your return shows tracking movement, we can issue a store credit or gift card, or send a replacement item immediately.

Please allow up to 12 days for replacement delivery.

This approach reduces waste, lowers shipping emissions, and ensures you receive your replacement faster.

Self Service Return Portal
If your order qualifies, you may initiate a return through our self service portal by entering your order number and postcode.

After approval, you will receive a secure payment link for the return label based on real time courier pricing.
Your return label will be sent via email.
International returns must be shipped using a DDP service to the provided return address.

Customs Delays
If your return is delayed at customs, this is typically due to clearance procedures or missing documentation.
Refunds or compensation can only be processed after the return has cleared customs and has been received at our facility.
